Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 4, resize to 120%, apply your mask,
delete, merge group.

Resize frame 1 to 85%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 4, invert, delete.

Paste your close up tube below the frame, duplicate, move above the frame,
erase the part below the frame on both tubes.
Apply the xero filter-Bad Dream on both tubes.

Paste element 32 on the paper layer of the frame, add a fat white gradient glow
using EyeCandy 4000, width 3, soft corners 25, opacity 100, erase the
parts showing outside the frame on each side.

Paste element 20 on the mask layer at the top, duplicate, mirror, move to the
right so some of the music shows, duplicate again, move down some, duplicate this
one, mirror, adjust on the left down more.

Paste element 6 at the top above the music layers, click inside the two outer
squares, expand by 2, paste your full tube in one side, mirror the tube and place in
the other square, invert, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Overlay, apply the xero filter-Bad Dream to these tubes.

Resize your full tube to 65%, mirror, paste on the left on the frame.

Resize element 62 to 50%, paste at the bottom on the frame layer, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, flip, move down  about center, once the car is placed then
you can adjust it better and erase any stem showing above the car.

Paste element 54 at the bottom below the tube layer.
Paste element 66 below the tube layers in the frame, adjust toward the
upper right how you prefer, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move down on the
cityscape in the frame, duplicate again and move over to the other side on
the cityscape.

Paste element 34 on the mask layer, resize larger to 120%, take your Pick tool
if you want it to be a bit larger.

Resize element 80 to 55%, paste in front of the car where you like.
Resize element 55 to 25%, paste by the guitar.
Resize element 72 to 21%, paste behind the guitar.
Resize element 21 to 21%, paste behind the guitar on the other side of it.

Resize element 81 to 75%, paste on the right on the frame layer, adjust.
Resize element 28 to 25%, paste at the bottom by the tube.
Resize element 26 to 25%, paste by the milkshake.
Resize element 73 to 30%, paste below the car layer, duplicate, mirror, move up
to just under the tube layer, adjust.

Resize element 39 to 15%, paste on the left of the tube layer.
Paste element 5 on the left below the gas pump layer.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize.
Add your name and copyright.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
