Font of choice, I used Coventry Garden

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 1, resize smaller to 80%, apply your
mask, delete, merge group.
Paste paper 3, resize smaller to 80%, apply the same mask again, delete, merge group,
merge this mask down with the first one.

Resize element 13 to 75%, paste on one side, duplicate, mirror, duplicate
three more times, move two of them behind the first two and up and
toward the center a bit.  The third one move to the center above these two and down
just a bit.
Resize element 1 to 75%, paste in front and move down some.
Paste element 49 below this arch, resize to 70%, move to the bottom of the arch,
then take your Pick tool and adjust to fit the arch better, erase any part
outside the arch you don't want.
Adjust your castle parts now also.
Resize element 28 to 25%, paste on the arch on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 8 to 75%, paste on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Being back on the top layer, resize element 4 to 50%, paste above the arch layer
at the bottom, on the left, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 20 to 35%, paste on the left above the greenery at the bottom, duplicate,
mirror, duplicate a couple more times, adjust to your liking.

Resize element 23 to 30%, paste below the rock at the bottom, duplicate, three more
times, arrange how you prefer.
Resize element 50 to 50%, paste on one side of the arch, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 17 to 35%, paste below the mushrooms on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 2 on the mask layer on the left, resize to 80%, duplicate, move over
to the right more.
Paste element 3 above the arch at the bottom, then take your Pick tool,
take one of the squares at the upper right, click on it and hold the shift key down,
while you draw the one corner down a lot, then do the other side to make it like
a rock pathway, erase any parts showing below the rocks.

Resize your tube to 45%, paste on the rock pathway.

I then duplicated one of the greenery, resize to 45%, place between the rocks on
both sides and the edge of the pathway.

Resize element 11 to 30%, paste at the top of the arch.
Resize element 48 to 50%, free rotate to the right at 10 degrees, paste below the
greenery on the left.
Resize element 80 to 30%, paste below the greenery on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 7 to 45%, paste on the castle on the left.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize.
Add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
