This tut was written Nov 1st, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome art of Arthur Crowe.
This tube is a Fundraiser to Help4Casper, it is called
"Gothic Wish Fairy"
You need a Casper license to use this tube, please request your license from
Casper via email, all instructions are on the site with the tube,

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Resize paper 9 to 80%, paste, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
I used Cluster 1, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 10, paste
paper 9, move how you like, invert, delete, select none.
Resize your tube to 35%, mirror, paste below the frame to the left,
duplicate, move above the frame, erase the bottom part outside the frame.
Resize element 13 to 70%, paste on the paper layer of the frame, erase any
parts showing on the outside on each side.
Resize element 29 to 30%, paste below the paper layer of the frame
on the upper right.
Resize element 70 to 25%, paste at the bottom about center.
Resize element 82 to 70%, paste below the mask at the bottom to one side,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate once more, move to the center, erase the part to
the right that is overlapping.
Paste element 37 on the mask layer on one side, erase all that is showing
at the bottom and some of the side, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again,
resize to 70%, move to the right of the left one and up a little.
Being back on the top layer now, resize element 69 and paste at the lower right,
duplicate, mirror, move below the frame layer.
Resize element 99 to 20%, paste at the lower right.
Resize element 16 to 50%, mirror, paste at the upper left.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Resize paper 9 to 80%, paste, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
